Yep, we learned the hard way years ago about case sensitivity on Unix platforms. Took us weeks to figure out that failure to match case will result in random and intermittant Error 404's, even when the database was clearly there. Opening the DB in the notes client temporarily fixed the problem.

Always be sure to match your case with Unix!
